Best nail techs in Manchester. Went to their new location in NQ and was treated incredibly - well attentive and got exactly what I wanted. Highly skilled professionals and very friendly staff! Can’t wait to go back 💅

So I’ve been here a couple of times, the service is meh due to the fact that they were overcharging for some certain nail designs; when I flagged that up nicely to the worker he said “we don’t do cheap prices like you Chinese people” which was very out of order because I’m not even Chinese. After he said that the other workers started laughing and just as I was about to say something he said shush, it was rude and disgusting especially since he had just been biting his nails and wanted to put his hand near my mouth to shut me up. And when I showed them the design I wanted they would say “yes we can do that”, however they ended up changing everything about the design. But what was even more of a joke was that they were charging me £97 for a set similar to this but it wasn’t gonna be like that at all, I walked out that store and saved myself literally. The workers name was Bruno

First time ever getting my nails done. Really friendly staff and are very welcoming. My nails look amazing, would definitely recommend to everyone

I walked in with my friend and was greeted warmly , the lady that did my nails was very kind and reassuring , i am super happy with my nails. Another member was extremely nice and would talk to me throughout it all. i am very happy

Hanna at the NQ location did my infill, she changed the shape from coffin to almond and it was amazing, I’m very happy with the customer service and time spent to do the service. £25 well spent.
