Katie and her team have done an excellent job cleaning our shop, they are professional and punctual who communicated effectively and went extra mile to give us a clean and tidy shop, we love their work and the attention of the details they have and we would recommend their services to anyone thinking of hiring a cleaning firm.

I asked Best Clean Direct to come and do a deep clean of my house and they didn’t disappoint, a team of 4 arrived raring to go. They worked very hard and were quick and efficient and did an excellent job. The oven was also on the to do list and at the end of the visit shone like a new penny. Thoroughly recommend!

It is evident that Katie cares about her staff and invests in thorough training; they take great pride in their work and when they carried out a deep clean of our office at the start of our contract, they left the office immaculate. Katie is always willing to accommodate us with any changes to our cleaning schedule; she is easily contactable and checks in with us for feedback as well.
