Ace & Tate

Super professional. I've been to Ace and Tate several times. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. I'm walking out joyful.

Accidentally slept on and broke my existing A&T pair (which had been absolutely perfect 5 years until) so I taped them together and arranged an appointment to get a new pair. I had an exceptional appointment with the optician to update my prescription, then I was very well looked after whilst ordering a new pair. Miraculously, beyond my expectations, the lenses from my broken pair were put in another frame that I have been allowed to borrow until I pick up my new ones. These guys care for you. Stop looking and go here if you want outstanding service!

Such a great experience today at the Oldham Street branch. Eye test was quick and very well explained. I went alone not expecting necessarily to be purchasing glasses today but had such helpful assistance in finding a pair that suited me. Really happy with my purchase and even better that they were ready within 30minutes. Highly recommend and will definitely be using Ace and Tate for all my glasses in the future.

Fantastic opticians in central Manchester close by to Piccadilly Gardens. Staff are readily on hand to help the best they can with a great selection of frames easily able to be tried on. Good value frames which comes with a free eye test (as of mid-2023!) which is perfect and was able to book eye test last minute during the day.

An outstanding experience from start to finish. Lucy and Nathan were both amazing in terms of their respective expertise as well as their customer service skills in helping me choose a new pair of glasses following an eye test. The range of glasses was impressive to the extent that I was spoilt for choice! I shall definitely choose Ace & Tate from now on. Thank you for everything.
