We had a wonderful experience getting our new eyewear at jones & co - from the reassurance and thoroughness of the eye examination to the expertise and professionalism in helping us choose amazing frames. for me, glasses need to reflect my personality and are a beautiful part of how i present myself to the world. and this is how gareth & team approach the styling and service, helping me choose frames that bring a smile to my face and and a spring to my step. when we left jones & co after collecting our new glasses, i felt like a million dollars and that we were the bees knees!!

The staff were all very attentive, clearly experts in their field, and open an honest (but polite!) with their opinions about what suits you. the products are not cheap, but they are high quality and you feel you're buying something that is almost made to measure, and will last. would thoroughly recommend jones and co.

My partner and i collected our new glasses from jones and co. yesterday and from start to finish the service has been excellent. kenji was knowledgeable about their products and patiently assisted us to try endless different glasses until we settled on the style we each wanted and found our perfect choices. thanks kenji and jones &co. 🙌

After having an eye test at a local opticians i found that their range of frames were totally uninspiring. feeling a bit disheartened i found jones and co and wow i was so glad i did. the choice of frames is fantastic with really interesting options. i had a styling consultation with kathryn who suggested some gorgeous frames that i would never have thought would suit me - she really knew her stuff. the whole experience was fun, friendly and modern - a huge step up from the usual optician experience.

Incredible service from start to finish! i walked out of vision express after being hounded to purchase a pair of frames that i wasn't too keen on. horrible pushy experience..... which led me to jones and co. on king street. i made my styling appointment and spoke to a lovely lady that talked me through the process and what to expect on the day. my optician mark was amazing at picking out elements of my personality to match a range of frames that would look great on me. each set of frames was truly unique and had the potential to match my style, but in the end we settled on the theo eyewear you can see in my photo. needless to say, i love them! i wear them all the time now. i've had wonderful feedback and compliments on them. mark and the wider team at jones and co. have been amazing, and i will be returning for another pair in the not too distant future. highly recommend to anyone that wants a pair of frames that shows off their personality!
