The best opticians experience i've had - friendly helpful staff, thorough vision check, and reasonably priced glasses. really nice store, very clean and inviting. would definitely recommend, and will definitely return here

Had an eye test two days ago and a contact lens test today. the optometrists who carried out these tests were professional and i felt satisfied. shital and brighde were friendly, helpful and professional and went above and beyond. can’t speak highly enough of the experience i had.

I decided to try m & s opticians at my local cheshire oaks branch. it was easy to get an appointment in the evening which was great as i work. the staff are so lovely & very knowledgeable & were interested in me. the eye test was excellent & my retina was scanned & a problem picked up. they referred me straight to local hosp. the choice of glasses is vast, desiner or m & s, own brand, which are trendy & very reasonably priced. i wouldn’t go anywhere else now. really fabulous experience & not just ‘any optician’

Absolutely first class experience from start to finish from the manchester team. great customer experience from the test, to helping choose glasses through to fitting and collection. friendly, professsional, unrushed, knowledgable and enthusiastic. great job and would recommend to anyone.

Extremely professional and friendly staff. briighde was a tremendous help with choosing my frames and ensuring the measurements were spot on with my varifocals. everything was well explained and i would definitely recommend for a first class service all round.
