I’ve been coming to seen for a few years after some pretty bad experiences at the mainstream opticians, tariq and the team are so helpful and friendly as well as a willing to “do the right thing” that i’ll be coming back for the foreseeable future. such a cool opticians to boot, with loads of colourful and unique frames. nothing but good things to say, loving my new frames and the team have been great sorting out some teething issues i’ve had. highly recommended.

The best experience we have had at any optician. excellent personalised service, care and love. we were hosted by neil. neil helped us trawl through many frames and with each one gave specific advice and insight. he did not rush us at all and had so much of patience. i will recommend this store to anyone anytime. my sincere thanks to neil. i am very happy with the products which i received via special delivery to our london home. professionally done. thank you seen opticians!

Finally got to meet the seen team in person today, after several years of online purchasing/service. what a joy, the store is fabulous, the choice amazing, the patience, expertise and advice of the staff exemplary, not to mention friendly and stylish. this won’t be our last visit! just fabulous.

Lovely opticians - stylish interior with a really beautiful selection of frames. ian was not only very knowledgeable and passionate, but also incredibly friendly and welcoming. really went above and beyond to help!! very pleasant experience, highly recommend 😄
