Cotton Field Park

Best location in Manchester, nice to walk around the canal. Some grass for picnics, or just chill on a bench with a nice view. Coffee, pastries and wine available in the area.

Nice place to relax. The pond needs cleaning.

I've been here on a sunny day and there were lots of people sunbathing and reading on the grass and in the surrounding pubs. Mostly young people and some animals, very cool and relaxed vibe.

A lovely place in the middle of the city, easily accessible, yet tranquil and green. It feels like a waterside haven of peace. Yet there are shops and outlets in easy reach. We bought food and drink at one of these outlets and spent a lovely afternoon in the sunshine and almost country setting, sitting on one of the many benches.

The dude is playing techno music and the woman next to him seems to try hard to focus on her task. We are just chilling here and watching swans play with each other. What a good day ☺️
