They are good, however it has taken along time to sort everything out, I completed the funds form multiple times and it didn't go through so someone had to come do it in person which was very frustrating because noone told me they were coming. I think informing the client of any visits would be good.

They did get us a little bit of compensation. The communication was hit and miss. I'd get multiple messages asking me to respond to messages to which I'd already responded. The process was very quite slow with communication often seeming random. For the little bit of money we were offered (which we have no idea when, how, or if we'll get), I'm not convinced it was worth the time.

Absolutely brilliant service from Growing Law as a team, couldn't thank them enough for pushing and getting the work done within my property. Amy and Chloe are an absolute pleasure to speak to and can't thank them enough for all there help. So thank you ladies very much

Needs to improve their Communication with client at the moment it is very bad, no updates on what is happening with the case, everything is done remotely. Even if we received compensation which we appreciate & thank them for, it only came as a surprise we were never consulted on whether we were happy with the outcome, no one came to check the work was done & to standard. They have very poor customer service. We hardly heard from the case handler. Questions were never answered. The fact that at least we got something in the end is better than nothing considering the case started as a result from a knock at the door to receiving a lil amount of compensation is appreciated. Overall an improvement on service is def required.
