Total Restore Physiotherapy

I injured my leg whilst running and total restore were recommended to me by a friend. sarah offers a professional service in the city centre which is focused on ensuring i received the best treatment. a mixture of acupuncture, massage and stretches were used as treatment and i am happy to say that i am up and running again - the results from the acupuncture were amazing!! i highly recommend total restore to anyone who has an injury, great service!

Sarah is absolutely brilliant and i would recommend total restore without hesitation. i have suffered consistently with neck pain for a few months, and no matter what i tried i struggled to get rid of it. i love being active - playing tennis, going to the gym, yoga etc - but really felt restricted. after a few sessions with sarah, i not only felt better, but i also understood how to look after myself better to prevent the problem from reoccurring.

Sarah was very professional and was very helpful with my neck pain. she gave me lots of useful tips and exercises to work on a daily basis which helped not only my neck pain but also my posture in the long term. i highly recommend her!
