I injured my leg whilst running and total restore were recommended to me by a friend. sarah offers a professional service in the city centre which is focused on ensuring i received the best treatment. a mixture of acupuncture, massage and stretches were used as treatment and i am happy to say that i am up and running again - the results from the acupuncture were amazing!! i highly recommend total restore to anyone who has an injury, great service!

Sarah is absolutely brilliant and i would recommend total restore without hesitation. i have suffered consistently with neck pain for a few months, and no matter what i tried i struggled to get rid of it. i love being active - playing tennis, going to the gym, yoga etc - but really felt restricted. after a few sessions with sarah, i not only felt better, but i also understood how to look after myself better to prevent the problem from reoccurring.
