I used adam's emergency plumbing service to fix a leaky radiator. he answered the phone straight away and asked me to send over a photo and video of the issue to identify the problem. he was able to come over within an hour, stopped the leak and represured out boiler. adam is very knowledgeable and friendly and no doubt i'll contact him again in the future when i need his services.
Was a pleasure to work with adam. we had a leak in the night and he came out late on a sunday to diagnose and then out again on monday morning to fix the leak. he was friendly, professional and got it all done quickly for a pre-quoted price so i knew exactly how much it was going in. would use him again, especially if there's an emergency.
Phoned this business about a leaking shower pipe. was spoke to over the phone and told how to resolve the issue with out having a call out change. very professional very helpful and very polite. thanks for all your advice will be using this business for my new shower in coming weeks. 5star review from me. 👍🏼
Adam my engineer was very professional he did my boiler service efficiently without any mess . he was very thorough and explained everything he was doing and ensured i was aware of the system and how it all worked and updated my warranty . very happy with the service provided . would highly recommend.
