My Emergency Plumber

My experience using My Emergency Plumber is only positive. Arrived at mine less than two hours after calling, and fixed my leaky tap really quickly. They were really thorough, and checked under my bath after fixing the original problem. They were super friendly and great value for money - would definitely recommend them!

Nathan turned up within an hour of my call and did a great job of clearing out a pretty substantial blockage in our toilet drainage system. Super professional, and super friendly. Would 100% recommend!

Nathan and Paul was really quick and responsive to my call out. They gave me a detailed explanation of the issue and resolved it quickly. Paul was very cautious of not damaging my bathroom tiles and bath panels - I am truly grateful for this. Friendly and approachable too as a bonus! I've used them for 2 jobs now and both times Mario was great. He quickly found the problem (1 broken flush and 1 leak), and sorted the jobs within the day. The second issue I had he actually came out on the day I called and completely fitted around my availability. I cannot recommend them enough and think the customer service from Nathan is also absolutely brilliant. Will always use these guys for future jobs from now!

The on-site engineer (Nathan) could not have been more helpful. He clearly had a great deal of experience, tackled the issue confidently and, considering the nature of the job, carried it out quickly too. Polite, friendly and professional. Would recommend.
