I worked with Colin and Wes at Granite Lettings over the course of five years. First renting out my property and then they managed the sale. They were an absolute delight to work with and were as committed as I was to making sure I got the best price I could. For five years I rarely had to worry about the property which was a great relief given that I live abroad now. I'd choose Granite all over again.

Been renting a flat through Granite Lettings for almost 5 years and can honestly say its been a great experience. Wesley, Callum and the rest of the team were always super helpful with any qustions or issues we had, and anything that needed fixing was fixed within the week or even sooner if its was an urgent issue. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent a flat in the center of Manchester!

Very poor experience over the phone. Never had any issues with any agency, it looks like they only want to rent to people who has more money on paper. The person I spoke to treated me badly. I’ve been even told that they are an agency that do not accept people on low income even with home owner guarantors. I feel it is a massive discrimination as many people nowadays are working as self employed and doing a great business, but they are on a low net profit. I thought in that case a guarantor is a solution , well not with this agency. I have always been welcomed by any agency with my guarantor, with this agency I couldn’t even book a viewing. I would NOT recommend.

We used Granite to find us a tenant for our city centre property. The team were extremely helpful, explained things very clearly and went above and beyond to help us. They found us a tenant quickly and dealt with all the necessary tasks professionally and precisely. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will be using their services again in the future.
