Moved in a few days ago and so far my experience has been great! Aleks has been very helpful every step along the way, even with me coming from abroad. The apartments are clean and well insulated and any issues are sorted well. I'm happy! :)

I see lots of positive reviews, so maybe my experience is different from most. Most interactions I've had with Ringley I've had over the last year and a half has just felt like a challenge. It's difficult to get hold of anyone who actually wants to bother helping me - they just always just pass me on to somebody else who also doesn't want to help. I'm glad I've moved out of that flat now. Still haven't received my deposit back after over a month of asking. Maybe the experience dealing with Ringley is more pleasant if you are the landlord. Edit: I thought I would give some examples. Georgia was lovely and friendly throughout the entire process - it was always easy to approach her with questions. It just seemed like the whole team was a bit disorganised in getting stuff done. Some examples: nobody seemed to be able to tell us our final rent payment, or took any initiative in sending out comms about that until it was due (it was the day before it was due that we found out the exact amount) but Georgia sorted it when she was back, a window replacement wasn't fitted properly and never actually got sorted out (i'm unclear if this was Ringley or the building management's responsibility), when we negotiated a rent increase the person we were speaking to didn't understand (multiple times) that we are living in London but it's managed by the Manchester office, and when trying to get our deposit back it took 1 month and had to call accounts a couple of times to see why it was taking a while. Once the landlord agreed there were no deductions to be made, I thought it would have been a quick process to give us our money so we can move on with our lives. Just a general feeling of difficulty/hassle in trying to get things sorted

Communication with the company is a constant struggle. I feel like pulling teeth to get a response from them, whether it’s about urgent repairs or general inquiries. They are unresponsive to emails and phone calls, leaving me feeling ignored and unheard. Their lack of professionalism in this regard only exacerbated the already frustrating situation of a poor property developed.

Spacious apartment and really nice letting agents. Joanne, Georgia and Andy were really helpful and cooperative throughout the process. I got almost an hour late for viewing the apartment and usually agents don't not wait that much but Thanks to Georgia for waiting that long !

Georgia has been so lovely and helpful throughout our stay at the property. Whenever something went wrong, she always went above and beyond to make sure that it got resolved quickly. Would definitely stay here again!
