Booked a viewing on 5th May, said I’d take the property, took until 11th to set up asking for referencing. Took £75 fee for referencing. Paid on the 23rd, no reply for 9 working days so I had to chase it up. Four days later get an email asking me for information they missed off previously so I missed out on a different space waiting for them. Refused to refund referencing fee even though they haven’t done the referencing. Just use a different agent.

We moved to Stevenson Whyte only very recently - this month in fact - but we have found their service excellent even in this short time. Our previous agent had let us down on several, very important issues and in one instance leaving the directors vulnerable to litigation. They never responded to requests from directors, they had to be reminded several times - then complained about the number of emails they received from us!! So it's a relief to find that our new agent responds to emails very promptly and courteously with relevant information. We're looking forward to a productive and successful relationship.

Probably the best company I’ve used since being in Manchester, very quick in replying to any issues and queries, and Yaz has always been so friendly and helpful, especially with moving out and getting deposits back! Thank you guys!
