MHA Adlington House Heaton Chapel - Retirement Apartments

Excellent. Owner-occupied apartments in a secure building with beautiful gardens and lovely, friendly, caring staff. There’s someone on site 24/7 and access to the main building is by electronic key. Result: no security worries, cold callers etc. There is the option of a three course lunch every day (at amazing value), served in the dining room and the residents organise activities such as keep fit, film nights, theatre trips, a craft club, barbecues etc for those who want them. Everyone looks out for everyone else in a friendly yet non-intrusive way. This is an MHA Assisted Living complex so care services can be purchased separately in 15 min increments, if and when required. My father lived here for over five years. When he needed support with things like meds and general care, it was very reassuring for him, and the rest of the family, that the carers were on site and were people we, and he, already knew. MHA Adlington House in Heaton Mersey is brilliant.
