Up & Running

First pair of proper running shoes from these guys, had my gait analysis done and then presented with appropriate models from every maker you can imagine. Tried them all on and bought there and then. Really enjoyed them so far, will go back for my next pair. Thanks

I came in yesterday and just wanted some advice as I previously had a gait test done at a different running shop and the shoes recommended were causing injuries. I can't remember the name of the person who served me, but they were BRILLIANT. He did another gait test with me, walked me through potential shoes and how they should fit and had a look at a pair of trainers on me to check the fit. I had even mentioned beforehand that I wasn't likely to be buying anything that day but he still helped me out as much as he possibly could. If you're a runner and are unsure of what shoes to get I would 100% recommend coming here as I had such a good experience!

I am more than pleased with the staff in the store, I can confirm all the team is great especially Tom and Liam. I have to say a special Big Thanks to Tom for his Amazing customer service. He has always been friendly and truly helpful with all his advices, patience with my requests even when I’ve been in the store just only to ask something (more than twice!). Surely, I’ll be back there soon!

Had the best experience here. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Tom went out of his way to make me feel comfortable, discussing shoe options, following my gait analysis and offering advice for events, other running equipment and general queries I had. Came to the shop a few months ago with the intention of buying shoes as I was starting my running journey. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They tested my gait analysis and based on the results recommended me a variety of shoes for me to try. I ended up with the Brooks Glycerin 20 which to this day are still serving me great. If I was to think of one improvement is that the shop doesn’t stock Nike - but unsure whether that’s down to Nike and ultimately it’s not something that affected my overall experience.
