Gaucho Manchester

This is my favourite Manchester restaurant, I booked for my partners birthday as we entered the staff on the host stand were lovely, very attentive, our server Yanis has served me twice and his manner is absolutely exceptional, he was so professional and knowledgable. Every staff member we encountered was both efficient and professional and nothing was too much to ask for! I would always choose gaucho as my go to Manchester steak restaurant, for me there is no place like it. The customer service is second to none, the price is worth it just for the service in my opinion. The reason I have given atmosphere 4 stars instead of 5 is because unfortunately the day I went was record breaking temperatures and it was very very warm inside even with the air conditioning, whilst I'm completely aware there's not much the staff can do about this and it would be down to higher management to just maybe implement something for a cooler environment not just for customers but the staff working in there extremely hard too.

A wonderful evening, great service. Cocktails were delicious and the steak superb. The children enjoyed their burgers too. Ambience was fantastic with live music. A fabulous Thursday evening celebration. And right next door to our showroom. Very handy.

Loved our experience at Gaucho. Some items were not photographed as it was all gobbled up too quickly! Place is lovely and the service excellent. Honestly, customer service is top notch; our waiter was very helpful, welcoming and friendly. We had the fillet and another type of steak recommended by staff. We got a side of truffle mac & cheese, chips, and rocket salad which were all very delicious. The cheesecake dessert was the best we ever tried & the brownie was average to be honest. Theres a lovely selection of drinks that is inclusive of those who do not prefer alcohol as well. It was a fantastic experience & we will definitely be coming again.

My husband bought me here for our anniversary dinner and the staff were so polite ! Great communication between staff members. We were served by a lovely lady named Laura who helped us meet our dietary requirements (halal), she gave us a range of options to choose from explaining what was halal and what wasn’t. Came back to check in on us many times refilling our glasses each time ! Extremely thoughtful and caring for their customers. We didn’t even ask and Laura had bought out a beautiful tray that read “Happy Anniversary” which was such a sweet gesture. It added such a beautiful, personal touch to our visit. Would 100% recommend to family and friends ! Thank you Laura and the Gaucho team for making our visit super special ! 🫶🏽xx P.S - Steak was cooked to perfection and my husband is now entirely obsessed with pandebono !

We went for a birthday meal, and safe to say the service was excellent and I honestly cannot critique it in any way whatsoever. The service from Marcello was nothing short of excellent, his recommendations was bang on the money. For starters we got burrata and Beef empanadas which was both sublime and so full of flavour, mains we got a sirloin 500g steak, and a wagyu burger which once again was excellent and not a bad word to say, even the sides was great, and did not expect the birthday cheesecake so thank you to the team for that. It might be pricey but it is definitely worth the money for the experience and quality of the steak and food in general.
