Driver came on time and was extremely pleasant. i had a lovely smooth journey to the hospital. also had a lovely time chatting to the driver. fantastic.
A really lovely kind driver. even though he had unfortunately driven down awful dean terrace and had to check his car for damage he was lovely and polite throughout. i did suggest that perhaps xoom let other drivers know that they can keep going and turn up the hill instead and avoid putting their suspension at risk!
