Driver came on time and was extremely pleasant. I had a lovely smooth journey to the hospital. Also had a lovely time chatting to the driver. Fantastic.

A really lovely kind driver. Even though he had unfortunately driven down awful Dean terrace and had to check his car for damage he was lovely and polite throughout. I did suggest that perhaps Xoom let other drivers know that they can keep going and turn up the hill instead and avoid putting their suspension at risk!
