Always an excellent service from the staff at kuoni, king street, manchester. knowledgeable and professional staff - nothing is too much trouble for them. extensive knowledge of destinations near and far. the staff made us feel very special and tailor made a wonderful holiday to suit our needs. choosing that special, once in a lifetime holiday is what these guys excel at. well done to kuoni for giving us an unforgettable customer experience.

The easiest and most pleasurable experience. bekki was fantastic and took us straight to a hotel on their website after asking just a few questions, that checked every box! alex (the manager) has also been there and confirmed what we needed with some inside info - adding extra confidence and satisfaction. they were understanding, flexible and extremely knowledgeable. coujd not recommend these guys highly enough. man u beat city whilst we were booking so all in all a smashing afternoon. an offer of booze and a hug at the end: quality travel booking!
