Dealt with this store a few times. always has a good atmosphere when you go in and staff are fab. the manager liam was involved with our booking as he had first hand tips about mexico for us. he was great and a real asset to tui. will be booking again :)
I have just booked our second family holiday this year with tui market street manchester. the travel adviser hallie was helpful and informative, she offered me alternatives and gave knowledgeable advice of the places i wanted to travel to. hallie was then able to give information on excursions which she was able to offer special discounts on. she offered travel insurance and gave me information on when balances needed to be paid and reminded me of the excellent exchange rates available on currency. hallie then followed up with an email confirming what we had discussed. will definitely be booking again with tui manchester 5 ⭐️
What a great asset to your company you have! the team at market st put me massively at ease when i had some issues with an online booking. issue sorted and resolved within a couple of hours! massive thank you to them all!
