I have visited the practice a number of times with my mothers cats, the staff are very welcoming and friendly. nothing is to much trouble also the vets that ive seen are really lovely, professional and caring they go above and beyond very happy customer 🙂
The staff are warm and friendly. all aspects of support being offered fully explained both myself and my pet were treated with respect and dignity whilst demonstrating knowledge and compassion throughout.
Excellent service from the vet at mount road. explained the reasons for the treatment and would recommend her to everyone. she is an asset to the surgery and should be made a permanent member of the mount road team. she is caring and compassionate in all that she does.
Called into the vets with my dog very worried i was welcomed with a smile. didnt wait long and was brought through by the vet who straight away made me feel at ease and loose my fear. she handled my baby with care and treated her and fingers crossed it’s like a miracle has happened. thank you so much highly recommend fantastic vets.
