Former Merthyr Tydfil Synagogue

I've read about this in miriam margoil book. I've yet to go up the valley and see it but it looks amazing in photographs.

This former synagogue is such a striking gothic building, which I remember from when I spent time in Merthyr. It’s been empty for sometime, so it’s not possible to visit. I’ve heard that it’s being/will be restored as a centre for Jewish heritage in Wales. It’s great that this building will be preserved for the future.
