Time taken by kelly to look at all options including bed type, mattress type, payment options etc. she was welcoming, offering refreshments and taking a genuine interest in what i wanted as a customer. i was offered to try the beds for comfort and even a pillow thrown in for good measure. excellent service. thank you.
