Cath is amazing, she will do her best to accommodate your needs. her pilates classes are really good, i go to help my sciatica and to relax when i get a day off work and it does wonders. i also rent the building for an hour off her every week, its a good size room and perfect that it's right in the centre of town. thank you cath 😘 …
