Brilliant place to come to get fit and healthy. There are lots of classes but they are small and friendly where your class is more like a PT session. Cath is a great trainer and I love it and wouldn’t go anywhere else 😊 …

Cath is amazing, she will do her best to accommodate your needs. Her pilates classes are really good, I go to help my sciatica and to relax when I get a day off work and it does wonders. I also rent the building for an hour off her every week, its a good size room and perfect that it's right in the centre of town. Thank you Cath 😘 …
