I had a sports massage from Graham who was not only very good at the massage, he was also chatty, and very knowledgeable about what he was doing and explained it all to me. Had a hot stone massage through group on and was blown away by how good it was! Not only was it relaxing, but Charlotte managed to relieve strain and injury from a previous car accident which has made a massive difference to my every day life.
