Rob was excellent, I oredered the wromg dia rope and he pointed out the liner required changing I got them with 48 hours he came back put the new rope in and liner withouta charge booked him in for May 27 superb service !993974

Bert is great! Covers from the front door to the fire, everything kept fully contained and the proper certificate on completion. Really conscientious about doing a good job and explaining what he is doing and the condition of the flue.
