Amazing quality of different fitness classes available here. various times to suit peoples work life. best time for me is roughly 11am a handful of people in totally focused doing their own thing. lots of gym equipment available.
I went to making waves hairdressers that are inside the neptune centre. the ladies are amazing and it's such a lovely atmosphere. my favourite hairdressers.
