We got in straight away and the nurse/vet was great with Molly and explained everything very clearly and was very professional , answered all my questions . The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, she booked in Mollys vacations and spay operation. I feel very confident she will be looked after very well.
If I could give them a lower star I would this star was for the vet and the nurse they were great but 2 new receptionist are the rudest people I have come across in my life well done you have just lost your boss a customer with quite a few animals
