As a trans person haircuts can make a big impact on self esteem and confidence. jade has always been super supportive of my needs and has always made me feel comfortable and welcome, asking my pronouns from the start and making sure i felt safe as haircuts can make me very nervous. i would recommend her as highly as possible.
