I've come her for martial arts more than afew times that's for sure! And it's always been a great place to work out, take a class/session and with the gym only upstairs you have everything you need to get a sweat on!

Attended a private function in the sportsman's rest, all staff were very friendly and attentive. Thank you all

I attend 3 classes a week here which I look forward to each week. Livvy and Ana make these classes really enjoyable. The ladies on the Reception desk are always very pleasant and helpful. My friends and I would highly recommend it.
