I've come her for martial arts more than afew times that's for sure! and it's always been a great place to work out, take a class/session and with the gym only upstairs you have everything you need to get a sweat on!
Attended a private function in the sportsman's rest, all staff were very friendly and attentive. thank you all
I attend 3 classes a week here which i look forward to each week. livvy and ana make these classes really enjoyable. the ladies on the reception desk are always very pleasant and helpful. my friends and i would highly recommend it.
