Excellent service. i've had a couple of minor issues with items in our en-suite, installed nearly 4 years ago. on both occasions i was supplied with free spares - this is why it pays to use smaller local shops/suppliers wherever possible - you just cannot get this sort of service from the big outlets! thank you matt!
