Brilliant - simon was with me in 45 minutes and unlocked the locks in less than 10 minutes.
Very impressed. spoke to simon at 9am and he was at my house at 10.30am. fixed my lock and my door plus fixed my outer door for an extremely competitive price. amazing and would 100% recommend basset lock & key!!
Brilliant - simon arrived within 20 minutes of calling and spent some time drilling into a broken lock and tried to minimise any damage. highly recommend - friendly, efficient and a very reasonable call out rate.
