Had problems with my back, and general inflexibility and tightness of leg muscles. An excellent and very thorough series of massages made a huge difference. A very worthwhile treatment by Adam.

After a skiing accident the French doctor said to start physio after 5 days ... I thought he was mad !! Adam got my mobility improving week on week ... you need to have faith and continue the exercises at home , it really works.
