Fair location, a few hundred meters away from the shops and right next to a large-ish road.

We've lived here since end of 2019 and are very happy here. So convenient for walking to the town centre, with bus routes to Bournemouth, Salisbury and Poole, and Nat Express to London, Heathrow etc. All good.
