Sconce and Devon Park

Great park with cafe, children's play area, picnic benches and civil war trail with augmented reality allowing visitors to see re-enacted, scenes and locations. Also great for dog walking. Car parking is pay and display but only costs a voluntary £1

Nice enough but a bit oversold in the guide book. There is plenty of space to have a roam around. Plenty of people walking dogs and a busy little play park for the kids. The Queens Sconce is worth a visit to see the earth works. A wee bit underwhelming.
