Pipedream have been our go to for annual gas service and repairs for six years. Always friendly, efficient and highly competent. This week Colin has been back and replaced our aged boiler with a much needed quieter and more energy efficient model. The attention to detail given to his work is outstanding in every aspect. Prior to install our questions were answered, photos of the suggested boiler shared. During install Colin swept up and kept our home as limited from the impact of the work as possible. It's the fringes of work that show how much care is given; routing pipes in for the least obstructive manner, choosing the most suitable colours, making good external flue neater than the original. Many small items that would usually be ignored or outside of the scope were included.The entire job looks great, no digs or damage in the work area. Just great care and consideration. The sense we get is that Pipedream treat every job as if it was in their own home. We highly recommend them and are very appreciative of their approach and diligence. Thank you Pipedream team.
