City Arts Newbury

Stopped by for a coffee and pleased to find a decent cafe in this arts centre with friendly staff who warmly welcomed us. They have a great shiny coffee machine from which I had a really great flat white, and dare I say it maybe the best Rocky Road (and homemade) in town!

Fantastic exhibition with local artists in attendance. Everyone is very welcoming and happy to share their art with you, talking about creative process, making and sharing ideas. Awesome work with sharing opportunities for people to enjoy art, interesting workshops and activities.

Beautiful building, great coffee and cakes. Always interesting makers and artists there.
