Referral process smooth, communication good. Appointment started promptly (I was early), very reassuring dentist who explained everything honestly. Focused on care after the extractions, and that all worked well. Had only minor discomfort for a couple of days, all good now.

After waiting a little longer than the appointed time the surgeon was extremely apologetic. I was nervous due to going for extraction and he made me feel super calm and relaxed. He was professional and caring during the extraction - made the whole process a breeze. 10/10
