I went to buy some grooming scissors . the shelves only had soft brushes in the grooming area and i asked if they were elsewhere . i was then told by an assistant to try amazon !!! no offer to order in a pair of scissors.
A very helpful young man in the newbury store who helped my daughter buy a vivarium and get it in the car for me, also by telling her to download the app to get more discount off
Very good staff in pets at home store. a very nice gentleman explained to my partner after 20 minutes of trying to call the veterinary practice that there is a different number you must call instead of following the prompts on pets at home phone service.
