1st time at this salon. Lovely clean warm environment. I had my nails done by Alex,she was warm friendly and knowledgeable. Alex put me at my ease and i found the whole experience very relaxing. Abby did a great job with my individual lashes. The whole experience was amazing and my lashes and eyebrows came out so beautifully. Was my first time doing my lashes but will definitely not be my last!

I have been having aesthetic work done for a lot of years elsewhere and since last year have been looked after by Susan, the owner of Newcastle Hair and Beauty. I have never had such amazing results since coming here. Susan is an expert in her field and the extent of her knowledge and variety of treatments available is simply fantastic. Susan has over 30 years of experience and it shows. I will never go anywhere else for my treatments, I would give it 10 stars if I could.
