The staff are always friendly and super helpful! i’m a bit of a novice when it comes to bike repairs and the staff are really patient and helpful. james helpfully fixed my broken bike valve straight away today - thank you! will definitely be back again 😀

Great service! very helpful. went in to buy a full bike set up with very little experience and the staff were awesome helped me with everything i needed and didn’t make me feel stupid.

I went to the shop as my son’s bicycle had a problem. james was extremely efficient and solved all the issues. he was also extremely kind and generous with his time. we will definitely go back to the shop for any bike related needs.

Top tier customer service! i went in yesterday in a bit of a panic. i had a puncture on my tubeless tyre. was greeted by gareth, i explained to him that i had no idea what i was doing. he ran through the options with me. decided to just put an inner tube that i had spare in my saddle bag. gareth did the install for me whilst giving me a basic walkthrough of what he was doing. i tried to pay him at the end for setting up the inner tube and he refused payment! after this wholesome experience, i can certainly guarantee that going forward i will be getting all my bike maintenance done here as well as any other bike related purchased :) the world needs more people like gareth!
