A helpful and friendly service. I needed a new bottom bracket fitted. It was done while I waited when I had fully expected to leave it for a few days.

Great experience coming in to buy a bike, after not having ridden one for nearly ten years! Chris was really friendly and helpful, didn't mind answering my daft questions and took the time to make sure I chose the right bike for me. As a woman on the smaller side, it can be really intimidating to go into a bike shop and not know if there will be anything in there that's right for me, or if the staff will be rude and dismissive that you aren't a hardened cyclist (it's happened before!). But not here, lovely team who couldn't be more helpful.

Brilliant place. Efficient, knowledgeable, honest, helpful, and ultimately a charity at the end of the day doing good work. Sorted an inner tube and sawed a seat post for me for a seat adjust I couldn’t manage at home. Highly recommended.

Recyke Y' Bike have been great in all the times I've used them. It's a great place to find those odd parts you need to keep a bike going and the bikes they refurbish and sell always look to be great value. James, Ryan and Chris are always dead friendly and helpful with advice. It's usually the first place I recommend to friends looking to get back into a bike to check. Keep up the good work!
