Popped in there as my phone wasn’t charging properly and they very kindly took a minute or two to clean it properly with microscope, special fluid and tweezers and now it works again! For free! Thanks so much!

Fantastic- thought I needed a new charging port on my i phone- apparently a good clean was all that was required and they wouldn’t even charge me for it- bought a screen protector whilst I was in and the guy fitted it too. Very happy customer!

Had an issue charging my iphone. Charging port seemed to be very clogged up or just plain damaged. As soon as I told the guy he said he'd be 2 minutes fixing it and he was as good as his word! Explained how he'd done it however also said if it happened again I could bring it in and they'd clean it free of charge again. Didn't charge me a penny! Very happy and relieved! Fantastic customer service!
