Dropped a msi laptop off which they spent a long time working on trying various fixes and gave me a very good initial quote. They have a no repair no charge policy, and unfortunately my laptop wasn't fixable but there was no charge. Always very friendly and very helpful opening hours. Also recommended me some possible new laptops to get to replace my old one that were very well priced.

I have used Tyne tech repairs twice, once for a screen repair and the second time for a screen repair and water damage repairs. The first time they fixed my screen within the day and it was reasonably priced with a warranty for 3 months if it broke again. The second time I went was because I dropped my phone in water. They were honest about what they could do to save it, and that it would take a few days to run diagnostics and find parts for my phone (it's an old Google pixel 3). Phone looked brand new when I got it back, no issues, all files saved, they even replaced other parts of my phone that were scratched and dented. I paid under £100 for this! Absolutely fantastic. Lovely people and brilliant service. Will always use them for my tech repairs.

Honestly the best in town. I've used them twice for a cracked screen on my iphone 11. They always email back a quote and are fast with their service. Depending on how busy they are may affect your time but I've gone in with no appointments after work and my screen fixed in 30 minutes. Their price is absolutely unbeatable too (email them for a quote).
