Angela and margy who work in our gateshead branch are attentive, polite and friendly. they have worked for us for many years and have became part of the james burrell family. i highly recommend minster as a cleaning service provider. molly, james burrell builders merchants.

We use minster cleaning services at fenham hall surgery and i cannot speak highly enough of our cleaner, karren. she is courteous, friendly and helpful. we regularly receive 5 out of 5 stars for cleanliness on our technical audits, awarded by nth solutions, and this is largely attributable to karren for her thorough work, so thank you very much.

Marie is our cleaner and she is just amazing. nothing is a bother. she is constantly on the go, never slacking or chatting whilst always being friendly. thank you marie from sherwoods gateshead ❤️

We have been a customer of minster cleaning for just over 3 years. they were brilliant at providing additional cleaning during the pandemic and we have kept this going. over this time we have had a few cleaning staff and can say that we have always been able to get our premises cleaned during absences as minster has quickly put a replacement in for us. we have a small site but have high usage of visitors in all areas and infection control has to be of a high standard. we were recently lucky to have an experienced member of the minster team working for us whilst they were recruiting a new member and staff. luckily for us he decided to stay with us and has made a big difference to the cleanliness of all rooms; the bonus is that he does it with a smile too and feels like part of our team. thank you :)
