Sara was great. She is confident, experienced, friendly and very happy to keep me informed on my treatment. The work was done without discomfort and results have been excellent. The surgery is located in the city centre which is very convenient for me.

Having had a bad experience at my previous practice after my usual dentist left, I decided to visit my husband's dentist in the hope it would restore my confidence. I found the receptionist to be very friendly & helpful & when it came to sitting in the dreaded dentist's chair, I was quickly put at ease with Sara being very understanding about my previous experience. She explained what she was going to do & gave my teeth a thorough check-up without any fuss. I left with my confidence in the dental profession restored - I will be back.

I have been a patient at Shakespeare St. Practice for the past 3 years. The team at Shakespeare have excellent listening and communication skills, giving clear information about treatment options. They have been quick to respond to a couple of incidents that needed urgent appointments. I have been grateful for the option to choose to have a filling privately where there has been possible, quotations sent by email in advance allowing me to make informed choices. I was a very nervous patient in the past but the dentist has helped me feel positive as I have grown in confidence in her care. I have got to the point that I pro-actively want to book regular check ups and feel more confident that I am up to date with my oral care.
