Cloud Estates

Very good experience with cloud estates. extremely helpful, great communication, quick response. we moved into our new property within 1 week! dealt with any issues promptly, couldn't fault them.

I first dealt with an estate agent called conor who was a delight. helpful, friendly, made everything simple. leaving i’ve emailed with someone called liane who has come across just as friendly and helpful. any time we’ve needed a repair or support, cloud estates have been on the ball. 10/10 would recommend renting through them!

I have dealt with cloud estates in the past two years. really great and professional team. i have enjoyed dealing with them. especially, the maintenance team lead by laura is very helpful when issues arises at the property, an efficient team response. would definitely recommend them if you want to rent a property managed by team.

I've been renting with cloud estates for a year now, and i have been really impressed with how professional the team are and how good communication has been. lauren who runs the maintenance team in particular is very friendly, approachable and responsive. we've really appreciated how considerate and flexible she's been with timing repairs around nightshifts which has made such a big difference for us. would definitely recommend!

We've been using cloud estates to let our our properties for a little while now & we're super impressed with the service. they're knowledgeable, efficient, have found us excellent tenants in record time & they're fees are really reasonable too. recently instructing a couple of our properties for sale with them too, they already have some proceedable viewers in the diary. lucy & liane are a dream to deal with, so approachable & always willing to go the extra mile. cant fault them, thanks all :)
