Noel and his team are genuinely fantastic people to deal with. The house needed a fair bit of work before it was ready to be sold, and Noel sourced the relevant local firms and liaised with them to get the work done at very reasonable rates and fast pace. As I haven't lived in the area for many years, I would have struggled to sell the house without his hands on approach - Noel was more like a family friend and I had the utmost trust in him. With his superb local knowledge, he recommended an excellent solicitor and knew exactly what the local market was like. He always had a clear plan that would prove to be right all along – the pricing was spot on. Within a few days of him marketing the house a suitable buyer was found. After having moved house 6 months ago, I finally have the opportunity to give a review on the services provided by Noel Harris. What can I say?! I really can't praise this gentleman enough. From start to finish he was courteous, kind, meticulous, supportive and very informative in all aspects of the sale of my property and purchase of another. Which is more than I can say about the estate agent I had the misfortune to deal with when purchasing the property in Killingworth! He did not send time wasters to view the property I was selling and tried his best to arrange viewings when it was convenient for me to fit in with my work commitments. He became an extremely trusted human being, who tried his utmost to carry out any requests I asked of him. A particular nice touch was calling to collect the keys to my house on moving day to take back to his offices for the new owners to collect later that day. Thus saving me the trouble of doing so when I already was under the usual stress of leaving a home both of my children had grown up in and in which I lived for 23 years. I can not recommended the services of this gentleman enough. No one who decides to advertise their home for sale with Noel Harris will be disappointed!

My girlfriend and I bought our first house with help from Noel: throughout the process he always made himself available for whatever needed and was incredibly helpful. He talked about it how it is and was honest and transparent in everything he did. We always got the impression we were being dealt with fairly and openly as the buyers. He gives a great service to both sellers AND buyers. When we were having problems during the sale, he was there to intervene to make everything go smoothly again.
