We chose to engage with Sweeney Miller as they were highly recommended by our mortgage provider (Halifax). Their service was excellent throughout our house buying process. Everyone in the team is really communicative and there was always someone on hand to answer our queries. We will happily be engaging them again the next time we're on the move. We used Sweeney Miller for both our sale and purchase of our property. This was over a period of 5 months and I cannot fault the service we were provided with at all. Sweeney Miller were recommended to us for our conveyancing needs on the purchase of our first home. Stephanie was fantastic to deal with, maintained contact throughout the process. Being first time buyers we had a lot of questions however this was never a problem and we never felt bothersome. Stephanie always got back to us within a reasonable time frame. Instructed Sweeney Miller as my conveyancers for my first property purchase. Mel and her team, David and Madison, did a good job of keeping me up to date with developments. They were helpful in pressing the seller's solicitors to keep things moving. Communication via email was prompt, though there seemed to be a reluctance to communicate over the phone, which I would've appreciated on a couple of occasions, with the questions and anxieties that can come with being a first time buyer. In addition, there were a couple of instances of lapses in communication which meant I had to travel back and forth to the office to drop off signed documents. The conveyancing fee was reasonable, albeit a few hundred pounds higher than quoted by some other similarly-rated, established local firms.

Mel and her Team of David and Khushi dealt with our first property purchase wonderfully well. Communication was spot on always responded to email within the same day. Highly recommend to anyone needing purchase a property and will recommend to family and friends.
