Chip and Fish

Stopped in for cod bites and chips. They were excellent. ..such a pleasure to taste cod lightly fried in fresh oil and chips that taste like potatoes. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend. It's that hole-in-the-wall treasure that is always a delight to find.

In my opinion the best of local chip shops in the area. The food is generally always cooked fresh and the portions are more than enough for the price. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Ordered cheese patty and beef patty, both cooked fresh to order along with battered sausage and chips. Really good food. Didn't need to wait long for my order to be prepared. Staff were really friendly. Would recommend. Thanks

Fantastic chippy in Benton. One of the few that get in vegetable oil- many in the North East have switched to mixed oils or beef dripping which isn't suitable for many Good value for the portions, lovely chip shop chips, wide menu of options and friendly staff. Definitely recommend
